Gospel Train 
Our Mission
“Gospel Train,” the children’s ministry of Wellspring, aspires to raise our children to carry out the mission of our church -- that is, is to see God glorified, to see the standard of worship raised, to make disciples and worshipers, and to be a witness in our local community. We seek to accomplish this by training our children in the truth of the gospel at an early age by introducing them to:
- the person of Jesus Christ found in Scripture
- the humility and power of Jesus Christ displayed by His death on the cross, and
- the hope demonstrated by His resurrection.
Our Program
Each week, after spending the first part of the adult service with their parents, the children are dismissed to attend children’s worship or nursery.
- Infants and young toddlers are supervised in the Nursery by a volunteer
- Toddlers 18 months and up are supervised in the Small Gym by 4 volunteers
- Children aged 3 and up are dismissed into their own age-appropriate Sunday School Class.
Parents with children in the nursery are given a pager through which they can be contacted during the service should an emergency occur. Children in all other classes are paged via the screen in the Multi-Purpose Room if needed.
